DRx K Did it again!!! Another amazing event. Even though the date and location changed everyone still made it out for the weed, dabs and music. One of the biggest things I noticed was the lack of the major brands. I guess with everyone going legal this year it’s getting riskier to be a vendor at these Prop 215 events. But there were two big names on deck…. Mystery Baking Company and Advanced Nutrients. Now back to the Pros of the show. Like every other weed festival the ladies were on point. Vendors are sure picking the cream of the crop for their booths. The Units were fire and at amazing prices. I saw packs as low as $900 (Gorilla Glue).
Up on stage before Bone Thugs n Harmony came out the Mayor of Adelanto Rich Kerr
showed his support for Dr. K, Kushstock and the attendees.
I know lots of people came to watch Bone Thugs so it was nice that they came on at 4:20 and not the whee hours of the night and hours past set time. They threw in some of the iconic classics along with some tributes to past artist. Being that the stage was set on the field made it nice if you wanted to utilize the stadium seats and watch. But with that said the seats were also an obstacle to get down to the field. There was one major way down and a rickety almost falling apart 4 step staircase. But as far as I could tell there were no issues, just me making an observation.
One of my favorite things about events like this are the prices. You can’t get weed this cheap in the shops. This is truly a “For The Patients By The Patients” event. Looks of good people helping each other out. As always the vendors were super friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to see vendors so passionate about their craft.
